I am not much of a lipstick person, but lipglosses I genuinely love.
As an owner of sensitive lips, I have to be so careful with my lip products.
It doesn't matter how pricey the product is, sometimes my lips just develop an allergic reaction.
So after trial and error, I have found a few products that I enjoy using.
You probably remember my one and only lipgloss love Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector. This one has been with me for roughly 15 years, I'd say. I still have every color possible, and I use it daily.
As a treat, I got
in Charm and Rose Quartz.
This lipgloss is so luxurious. It's a gloss but has the quality of a balm. It feels very moisturizing, helps with dryness, roughness, cracking. Lips feel healthier, plumper, and more youthful.
I really like the curvy shape of the applicator. It helps to distribute the gloss wisely and make the application process effortless.
It contains Argan Tree Oil, and Safflower Oil, which have high hydrating properties.
It's very lightweight. It won't last the brunch or dinner, you have to reapply it quite often, even if you don't eat or drink. But I personally prefer it this way. I always choose this kind of product over the ones with the label "waterproof" or "longlasting."
